Matt Muckerheide serves as Chief Financial Officer, bringing extensive financial leadership experience across restaurant operations, private equity-backed companies, and high-growth businesses. He also serves as CFO of Prospect Capital Restaurants, overseeing the financial operations of a portfolio of 72 franchised restaurant locations across four states.

Matt is also the Founder of Guidepost Advisory, a fractional CFO firm that partners with private equity- and venture capital-backed startups to build financial infrastructure, improve operational performance, and support strategic growth.

Throughout his career, Matt has helped companies scale, optimize operations, and successfully navigate growth and exit transactions. His experience includes serving in both COO and CFO roles for scaling businesses, as well as managing a multi-strategy family office investment platform, giving him a unique perspective on finance, operations, and capital allocation.

Matt holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and is both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
