Matthew Healy leads technology at Luxury Pet Hotel Investments, where a career spent building and scaling technology businesses meets a genuine, hands-on knowledge of pet hospitality — earned as the former owner of a K9 Resorts franchise in Stamford, Connecticut.

At LPHI, he uses AI and machine learning as a competitive advantage, turning analytics and reporting into sharper insight and faster, better-informed decisions across the business.

Before LPHI, he held senior leadership roles at Nasdaq, where he ran a $75M secure-collaboration business and integrated a $200M acquisition, and at SunGard, where he drove a business transformation to double-digit growth. He also co-founded a data-science startup built on machine learning and predictive analytics, and has served high-growth technology companies as an interim CEO and advisor.

Today he brings that full range — operator, builder, and entrepreneur — to a brand redefining premium care for pets and peace of mind for their owners. He holds an MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell and a BS in Finance from Fordham University.
